The Consequence of Our Commitment
As a B Corp-certified Italian company, in June 2023 we amended our bylaws to become a Benefit Corporation, thus enshrining our vocation also at the legal level: merging entrepreneurial efficiency with the pursuit of the common good. A mission that we are committed to reaffirming and preserving in the long term, combining ethics and profit, corporate welfare and care for the territory.
Value Metrics
To ensure the transparency and accuracy of our efforts, we have undergone the rigorous B Impact Assessment: a quantitative procedure that analyzes every aspect of our business activities, assigning a score that measures our impact on several areas. Companies that exceed the 80-point benchmark can bear the B Corp seal. We have been among them since 2021.
